Terms of service
Thank you for using the services provided at webdevpack.com ("Services"), operated by "Amplilabs Ltd.", Drujba 2, Sofia 1582, Bulgaria. VAT number: BG201484245.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Using Our Services
Before accessing or using any of our Services, you must read and agree to these Terms. By using our Services, you are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. Violation of any Term may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Your Account
Some Services require a webdevpack.com account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Keeping your account information up to date (e.g., email address and billing information).
- All activity that occurs under your account.
You are also responsible for providing the necessary equipment (computer, smartphone, etc.) and Internet connection to access our Services.
Paid Services
We offer paid plans. After payment is received, your plan is activated for the selected period.
- You are responsible for any taxes or fees related to using our Services.
- Paid plans may be renewed before expiration. If no renewal payment is received, the plan will be disabled after the expiration date.
- All payments are non-refundable.
API Access
HTTP API access is available exclusively to users with an active paid subscription. Free accounts do not have access to the API.
Access to the API is granted only for the duration of a valid and active paid plan. If your subscription expires, is not renewed, or is terminated for any reason, your API access will be suspended immediately.
Use of the HTTP API requires a valid API key. You may generate and manage your API key from your account profile. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API key. Any activity performed using your API key will be considered activity under your account.
Rate Limiting
Each plan includes a maximum number of API requests, as specified in the applicable plan details.
The monthly request limit is calculated on a rolling 30-day basis, not by calendar month. This means your usage is measured as the total number of API requests made during the immediately preceding 30-day period, calculated continuously.
If you reach your applicable request limit, subsequent API requests will return a rateLimit error. You may either wait until sufficient prior usage falls outside the rolling 30-day period, or upgrade to a higher-tier plan to obtain a higher request limit.
We reserve the right to enforce rate limits, implement additional usage restrictions, suspend API access, or modify API limits at our sole discretion in order to protect the stability, security, and proper operation of the Services.

We continually update and improve our Services. We may:
- Add, modify, or remove features.
- Change limits or specifications.
